Innovative Dental Technologies

Our Glendale dentistry office uses the latest breakthroughs in laser technology. We use various lasers such as Diagnodent laser and Soft Tissue laser, giving you the benefit of having the most comfortable and conservative treatment for a perfect smile.

  • Diagnodent Laser

Diagnodent Laser Cavity Detector is a wonderful tool for diagnosing the various stages of dental decay. This laser instrument will scan the teeth with a harmless light of different wave lengths to find hidden decay, allowing us to treat the tooth in the earliest stages of decay.

  • Soft Tissue Laser

We use this Soft Tissue Laser in conjunction with other procedures. This allows us to get better final result and quicker healing with less sensitivity for the patient. The Laser allows us to clean, sterilize and desensitize the operative area and promotes healing and eliminates the need for more invasive procedures. We use the Laser in treating Periodontal (gum) diseases which can eliminate the need for gum surgery.

  • Digital X-rays

X-rays are the most important tool a dentist can use because they show a true picture of your teeth, allowing us to see what the human eye cannot. In order to set patients minds at ease about risk of getting over-radiation exposure, we have changed our x-rays over to a new hi-tech computer system. We are proud to be a completely digital and computerized Glendale dentistry practice. With digital radiography, these state-of-the-art computerized images help us instantly identify any dental issues, such as gum problems and tooth decay, and expose the patient to 90% less radiation than traditional X-rays.

  • Intra-Oral Camera

Did you ever wonder what the dentist sees when she’s examining your mouth? With our intra-oral camera, you can watch while Dr. Martirosyan works. An intra-oral camera is a tiny, precise camera that fits into the mouth and takes digital photographs of the back teeth and gums, allowing patients to see what the dentist sees. Being able to view cavities, decay, gum disease, and other dental problems helps patients clearly understand their treatment.
